My Philosophy
As a Life Coach, I believe in guiding my clients towards discovering their own inner strength, resilience and wisdom. I believe everyone has the ability to create a fulfilling and meaningful life, and I am here to help you achieve that.
As a Spiritual Coach, it is not about religion. While religion can help to establish your beliefs system, it is not the means to the end of being spiritual. Spirituality is looking towards the inner dimension of a person whereas religion can be viewed as a measurement of rituals, cultural beliefs, and habits.
As your Coach, I look at the factors that contribute to inner growth within the areas of self, work and relationships. This journey is about helping my clients go through their individual transformational process. Your self-discovery is accomplished when you tap into your full potential and manifest your destiny.
My Experience
I have been a Life Coach for over 20 years, working with clients from all walks of life and helping them navigate through life's challenges. I am certified as a Work/Life Coach through UC Davis Professional Development Program, with a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) Degree. I have a background in business management, interpersonal support in the workplace, and laser focused spiritual discernment, which allows me to provide a holistic approach to coaching.
